We are from England, but were overwhelmed by "Our Luxor" over 10 years ago on our first visit to Egypt. Since then all we have done is to try to get other people to come here in the hope that they too might gain the same sense of wonder and enjoyment!

Over the years, we've talked to countless other tourists and found that the biggest problem that they come across is the dreaded "hassle". Now that we are living here, we are able to help in dealing with the locals. During all our holidays here, and still now, our emphasis has always been on economy, by neccessity.

Oue enviable network of friends and contacts can provide you with just about anything that Egypt has to offer, whether you want the luxury of a Nile Cruise or to enjoy the hospitality of a meal in a poor Egyptian household. (The Cruise would be provided by one of our contacts whereas the meal would be in the house of one of our very close friends).
